International logistics and transportation has a growing importance in today’s global business environment and mainly covers the subjects of material flow and storage. However, a much broader framework is in place that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverses flow and storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers’ requirements. For this reason, logistics and transportation are critical units for all other departments of the business, and this is an indication of the ever-increasing need for staff to work in the logistics and transport sector. Students who graduated from our department are experts in supply chain management, have comprehensive knowledge of planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, effective forward and reverses flow and storage of goods, services and related information, follows technological developments and current logistics and transport issues, and have sectoral information required by logistics and transportation fields, also they will have basic economic and business information as well.
