The Equivalency Certificate (Denklik Belgesi) confirms that your high-school diploma is equivalent to a Turkish high-school diploma. You will need it at registration.
Denklik is an official recognition document issued by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) or a Turkish Embassy / Consulate. It certifies that the diploma you earned abroad is equivalent to a diploma from a Turkish high school, and is a registration requirement for all international students.
You can begin your online application to PRU before obtaining Denklik — it is only required later, at the registration stage.
