Required Documents

The online application requires uploads only. Notarised translations, your Equivalency Certificate (Denklik) and originals are collected later, at registration.

At the online application stage

Upload clear scans or photos of the documents for your study level:

At the registration stage

Once admitted, you complete registration in person with the following:

  • English/Turkish translation of the original high-school diploma
  • Equivalency Certificate (Denklik Belgesi)
  • Notarised (or mission-approved) translation of the transcript
  • Notarised (or mission-approved) translation of the exam result
  • Photocopy of the passport ID page
  • Bank receipt for the tuition / contribution payment
  • Student Visa (Öğrenim Vizesi) — except visa-exempt applicants
  • (If available) internationally valid English or Turkish proficiency certificate, mission-approved original
  • 10 passport photos
